Summer Success Institute (Summer Program)

The Summer Success Institute is a week-long program designed to help students transition into high school while building important skills for future academic and career success. This unique opportunity focuses on creating meaningful connections and establishing a strong social network with peers, staff, and professionals.

Throughout the program, students will develop essential skills to prepare for the corporate world. The CWS team will work closely with each student to understand their career interests and strengths, ensuring they are matched with job opportunities aligned with their goals and the needs of our partner organizations. Students will learn directly from professionals in the corporate world, gaining valuable insights and practical lessons that will help them develop a real-world skillset applicable to their future success at Cristo Rey Orange County High School.

In addition to skill-building, Summer Success fosters a sense of community. Students will have the chance to visit one of our university partners, collaborate in teams, and enjoy a fun off-site ropes course activity. These experiences will help students form lasting relationships and prepare for a supportive, collaborative high school journey.
