MASS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT 2024
Following a centuries-old tradition, Cristo Rey marked the beginning of the academic year with the Mass of the Holy Spirit. Rev. Greg Marquez, pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and Cristo Rey Board Member, presided and invoked the Holy Spirit's guidance and inspiration for the year ahead.
During this sacred liturgy, our religious sponsor, The Cristo Rey Institute, represented by Dr. Bryan Froehle, renewed the delegation of President Steve Holte, as the faith leader of our school.
"This is the time when we install and celebrate school leaders, including our school President through our Catholic sponsor, the Cristo Rey Institute, but ultimately for all of us, faculty, student leaders, families, all joining in to respond to our call to grow in the grace that God pours out and freely offers us," said Froehle, Board Member.
